Editorial standards
How the articles, guides and Help Center on this website are written, checked against the product, corrected and kept up to date.
Who writes and reviews
Content is written and reviewed by the NexaPOS Team. Each article shows who approved it and when. Named profiles appear here once contributors have agreed to be listed.
How facts are checked
Every statement about NexaPOS must match a capability described on our feature pages. Planned, beta or unconfirmed features are not described. Offline capability is always described with the same approved wording: offline-capable checkout for eligible sales.
We do not publish prices, statistics, customer names, quotes, ratings, uptime figures, certifications or integrations unless they are approved and sourced. Example figures are labelled as examples. Tax or legal statements are reviewed by a professional, or left out.
How product instructions are reviewed
Help Center articles are followed step by step in the current NexaPOS application before they are published. Each one records who reviewed it, when, and which release or in-app Help entry it was checked against. Unreviewed drafts are never shown on this website.
Every published Help Center article is due for another check within 180 days of its last review. An article past that date tells readers so, and asks them to contact us if their screen looks different.
How an article is approved
Articles move from draft to review to approval. The website will not publish an article unless it is marked approved with the reviewer's name and the review date, and each article page shows that information.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, tell us through the contact page or by email at nexapospro@gmail.com. When we correct an article, its page shows the date it was updated.
Keeping content current
When a NexaPOS workflow changes, the matching Help Center article is updated and reviewed again. Articles and guides show their publication date and, when changed, their update date.
